Early Years Educator - Reflections Nursery & Forest School

Multiple Award winning, quadruple Outstanding setting in the heart of Worthing town centre caring and educating young children from 6 weeks up until 5 years old, are looking for full and part time dynamic educators who hold a Level 3 or above in Early Years to join our busy team supporting children to develop through project based learning.

We are looking to recruit:

Lunch cover: 10am-2pm or 11am 3pm - (Monday - Friday)

Full time: (36-40hrs): Between the hours of 7:20am - 6:30pm (Monday - Friday)

Support Staff: Hours and days flexible across 52 weeks of the years subject to applicants availability.

At Reflections, we draw our inspiration from the infant, toddler and pre-schools of Reggio Emilia and Educators joining our team are supported in this way of working as part of their induction.

We closely observe, listen and record the children's investigations and enhance the environment to further aid their enquiries. We value the children's contributions to our community and strive to share these in the wider community hosting Professional Development Days for other like minded educators.

We host exhibitions in town celebrating our children's voices and we publish books to help our educators reflect on their own practise too. In addition to our Qualified educators, we employ 4 artists to support children and educators creativity and run a Forest School Program and a Beach School Program 38 weeks each year.
