We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and highly effective Early Years Foundation Stage Leader to join our very successful team. This post provides an excellent opportunity to make a real contribution to school improvement through the re-development of our Early Years unit, including the outdoor classroom. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark by working with the leadership team to develop an outstanding EYFS provision.

The successful candidate will be creative and forward thinking with a talent for effective practice and a passion for working within the Early Years.

The role has dedicated leadership time and you will be a member of the school's Leadership Team.

We are looking for an EYFS leader who:

  • Is an excellent classroom practitioner who can successfully lead learning and teaching, with a track record of raising attainment for all pupil groups
  • Has ambitious, innovative and inspirational leadership qualities
  • Can plan strategically and build upon existing good practice
  • Can deliver a creative curriculum with a range of challenging and inspiring learning experiences
