Do you love working in Early Years?  Is your idea of a perfect day getting your children to make their own picnic, pack their rucksacks and head off to the woods for an adventure?

We follow ‘In the Moment Planning’ and encourage our children to follow their interests, benefiting from a wide range of facilities. Reading in the treehouse, an impromptu performance on the stage, or, a visit to the music department to watch a band play.  

Duties include:

• Being responsible/key worker for a group of children, building excellent relationships, making sound observations, keeping paperwork up-to-date

• Building close partnerships with parents/carers

• Creating excellent provision both indoors and outdoors

• Working collaboratively with the Pre-School team and be a reflective practitioner

The successful applicant should have:

• Experience of working with children in the 2.5 to 7 years age group

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is desirable

• Paediatric first aid qualification or a willingness to train

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong team player
