Early Years Leader

We are looking for an inspirational Early Years specialist to join our enthusiastic and happy team from January 2019 (or earlier).  The provision is currently rated ‘good’ by Ofsted but we would love it to be ‘outstanding’.  If you feel that you have the drive and passion to make this happen, we would really like to hear from you.

We need an Early Years leader who is:

- Dynamic

- A team player

- Utterly committed to the ‘unique child’ ethos

- Intelligent and an able communicator

- Has a thorough understanding of the Early Years curriculum
