We are looking for a passionate Early Years Leader to deliver high quality lessons while successfully nurturing and inspiring our students. What we are looking for

  • Proven ability of quality Early Years practice impacting on positive outcomes for all children
  • A detailed knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and its means of delivery
  • Experience of middle leadership including analysing data and managing a budget
  • Good communication skills to deliver staff training and develop all Practitioners within the team
  • Clear vision to develop Early Years practice including transition for all children by positive engagement within the locality and GLF schools
  • Contribution towards whole school initiatives and the wider role of LMT


You must:

  • Be able to develop positive relationships with young children.
  • Be able to develop an understanding of the educational, welfare and social needs of the child with whom you are supporting.
  • Be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team.
  • Be a confident and clear communicator with parents.

In September 2016 we welcomed our first class of Reception children, and have evolved and grown within the growing community, establishing an inspiring curriculum for all our children to achieve.
