Pilgrims Pre Preparatory School is an independent, co-educational school with 340 pupils aged from 3 months to 7 years. We are a happy, caring community with an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rating, where children learn, play and thrive.
Owing to the development of our exciting new Pre School, and the relocation of our Kindergarten, we currently require two Early Years Managers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with passion and drive to join our team, sharing in our vision for the future.
Applicants will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Manager or Deputy Manager in an Early Years’ setting. They will be able to demonstrate the ability to inspire, support, motivate and engage a team effectively to provide outstanding care and education.
In return, the Harpur Trust offers a competitive salary (based on qualifications and experience) of up to £24,000 p.a. plus life insurance, enhanced annual leave, a generous pension scheme, health care and free on-site parking.
