Who are we?
A highly successful and well established Ofsted graded ‘Outstanding’ home-based nursery setting, offering only full daycare for children aged between 3 months to 3 years. Our beautiful setting, which includes a secluded woodland featured garden, is nestled on the borders of Hampstead/Belsize Park.
We are a small team of an Owner and three Early Years practitioners with the setting open from 08.30 – 17:30. Joining our team will mean you will have to contribute to all aspects of the setting and not be an individual who requires a job specifications to know what is the right thing to do for a child, although you will have key responsibilities primarily focused on child development.
You will not find us on the web and we do not advertise, yet we currently having a waiting list over 10 parents. Our success is built on very high and demanding standards in all areas, from the Early Years development goals to the cleanliness of the setting. Everything we do is done with attention to detail to ensure that the parents know they are getting the very best child development and nurture for their child.

Minimum Qualification Criteria
>Qualified Teacher Status.
>Excellent written and verbal skills.
>A willingness to learn as we offer further professional development opportunities.
>A passion working with Under 3s and a commitment to proving outstanding Early Years.
Reward
>Inner London M1 - M5 pay range dependent on your character, commitment and overall fit into our nursery. Experience is not important.
