NJC Grade B / C (Actual £15,446 - £16,720, based on 37 hpw x 39 weeks, term time only) 

Are you an excellent Early Years Practitioner? If so, we have the ideal role for you in our all –through (2-16) school in the growing town of Cranbrook, East Devon. 

We currently hold permanent and fixed term vacancies for both Level 2 and Level 3 Practitioners working in our nursery / pre-school and reception classes. If successful you will be supported and developed by our committed and caring leadership team and given opportunities to develop your career. 

The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of how our youngest children learn, strong interpersonal skills and excellent organisational skills. You will also need to be a good team player, enthusiastic, hardworking, resilient and be able to adapt to the day to day challenges within Early Years…..including getting messy! We have a lot of fun in our Early Years team, whilst at the same time working hard to deliver the very best quality Early Years education and provision for our children. 

Roles based in the nursery / pre-school setting will support children in our wrap around care (breakfast or after school club) in addition to being part of the team during our Nursery day. The role involves shift work, ensuring the nursery opening times of 7:15am to 6:00pm are covered. 

Ideally the post holder will also hold a current Paediatric First Aid qualification and a Food & Hygiene Handling qualification.
