FIXED-TERM VACANCY FOR AN EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER AT GREAT OUSE PRIMARY ACADEMY - Internal only


Salary: Grade 5, Point 5 £3958.85 Actual Salary (FTE £23,500)

Hours of work: 7.4 Hours per week on a Monday. 38 weeks per year (term-time only)


This is a fixed-term contract until July 2024.


Start date: Required as soon as possible.


We currently have a fixed-term vacancy for a passionate, creative Early Years Practitioner who thrives on supporting pre-school children reach their potential at Great Ouse Primary Academy. You will work under the direction of the EYFS Leader, to maintain a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

                                                                                                                                       

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate

  • Good educational background with GCSE of equivalent in English Language
  • Understands how children learn.
  • NNEB, CASHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Can form positive and caring relationships with children which motivates them to learn, grow and be confident.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with parents, carers, colleagues and third parties.
