Tes is currently supporting a friendly and supportive all-through academy, based in London. The school is looking to add an Early Years Practitioner to its Early Years team ideally starting  ASAP.

You will work collaboratively within the Early Years team to provide a safe and joyful start to their children’s education through their integrated approach to teaching and learning based on developing the unique child, supporting them to learn through play and assessing their progress so they achieve excellent outcomes. 

Hours: Term time only; Part-time (8 am – 12 pm, or 8 am to 1 pm)

3 to 5 days a week. Exact work arrangement agreed on appointment. Full-time roles are also available.

The school is offering:

• A super supportive and highly visible line manager, SLT and trust team;

• on-going CPD.

• progression support throughout the wider trust

• the chance to take on further responsibility in the future.

The school expects:

• Maths and English GCSE Grade 'C' or above 

• Ideally a level 3 qualification in childcare a minimum

• experience support a multi-disciplined EYFS team

• experience innovating and delivering EYFS curriculum and knowledge f EYFS frameworks

• and ideally a love and passion for education.
