Early Years Practitioner/Teaching Assistant


Level 3 Practitioner 30 hours per week (FTE £18,745)


Start Date: 11th May 2018

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly trained and experienced Early Years Practitioner to be part of a brand new school based Nursery. Provision for 2, 3 and 4 year old children will be teacher led in a new purpose built facility. 

We are looking for an excellent practitioner who must have:

A calm, caring and child centred approach.

The drive and determination to help colleagues quickly establish a warm, caring environment providing excellent outcomes. 

An appropriate qualification of Level 3 or higher.

An ability to work in partnership with pupils, parents, staff and governors

Recent and relevant evidence of outstanding practice within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Enjoy working as part of a dedicated, vibrant and creative staff

Current working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, assessment methodologies and  c   OfSTED Early Years criteria.

There may be future flexibility to work outside of the normal school day and school term. 

The closing date for applications for this position will be Wednesday 21st March; interviews will be on Monday 26th March.
