Minimum Qualification: Level 6 in Early Years
Minimum Experience: 2 years working with young children

Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold an Level 6 or equivalent qualification in Early Years Education
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children aged 0-5 years
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early years curriculum frameworks
- Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration and learning
- Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, creativity, enthusiasm, and adaptability when working with young learners
