Bournemouth Collegiate Preparatory School is part of a prestigious and rapidly expanding co-educational independent School for pupils aged between 2-18 years. 


The School has extensive facilities across two sites, a Prep and Senior.  The School has seen considerate growth in the last few years and this is central to the ongoing success of BCS.


We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated Prep School Kindergarten team to cover a maternity leave. 



This is a full time position working term time plus 25 days in the school holidays, 8.00am – 4.00pm with one day 8.00am-5.00pm. 



The post is to support the Early Years provision under the leadership of Head of Early Years and the Head of Prep School. 


You will need to work effectively as part of a team, using personal skills, knowledge and experience to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and provide high quality care. 


You should ideally have experience of working an education setting, preferably in the Early Years Foundation Stage and the ideal applicant should have a level 3 qualification in Early Years.

BCS is a co-educational independent school on the south coast. The school has extensive facilities across two sites; BCS Senior (day and boarding, 11-18) is situated in excellent grounds in Southbourne, Bournemouth and BCS Prep (day, 2-11) is in spacious accommodation in Lower Parkstone, Poole.
