Early Years Practitioner

Bournemouth Collegiate School is a rapidly growing co-educational independent school situated on the south coast. The School has extensive facilities, on two sites. BCS provides a nurturing environment where the happiness of the pupils comes first.

BCS Prep is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children in our Early Years setting, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

What we’re looking for:

A relevant NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)

Experience working with children in an early years setting

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
