Aston Lodge Primary School is a warm and ambitious primary for children aged 3-11. As part of Wickersley Partnership Trust, we are proud of the progress the school has made in recent years - transforming into a place where students “dream big and aim high”, and enjoy coming to learn each day.

In our most recent Ofsted inspection, the school was graded Good overall, with Outstanding judgements for Behaviour and Attitudes and Personal Development, reflecting the strength of our community and the positive culture we nurture.

At Aston Lodge, we believe that every child is unique and should be supported to become confident, resilient and responsible learners. Our broad and well-balanced curriculum is designed to spark curiosity, challenge thinking and develop essential skills across all subjects, while also celebrating creativity, physical activity and real-world experiences.

A key part of life at Aston Lodge is our strong focus on personal development and a supportive school culture. Students know what behaviour is expected of them, feel safe and well-supported, and relationships between staff and children are respectful and positive. The “Aston Lodge Way” underpins our approach to learning and community - encouraging aspiration, collaboration, respect and resilience in all we do.
