Early Years Practitioner

36 hours per week 

All Year Round permanent posts

Eastwood Nursery School Centre for Children & Families is looking to recruit an Early Years Practitioner to support our Day Nursery. You will be responsible to the Team Leaders and Headteacher in supporting a whole Centre approach to development and learning for all children with a particular focus on specific needs of children aged 8 weeks to 5 years. You will be part of a dynamic team of practitioners committed to the delivery of high-quality early years’ care and education in partnership with parents and family members.

In addition to developing the personal and professional role of the Early Years’ Practitioner, you will have:

• Sound working knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage 
• Good communication skills with an ability to  record and report on children’s progress in writing 
• Experience of working with children aged 0-5 years.  NVQ Level 3 qualification.
