Job overview
North Bridge House Nursery School is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Early Years SENDCo to cover the maternity leave of the current post holder.
We offer our children a supportive and nurturing environment where pupils feel happy, secure and are well prepared for the next stage of their academic journey at the Pre-Prep school.
The successful candidate will:
Be passionate about providing the very best education for all children
Have a proven track record of working with pupils with SEND
Be an excellent communicator and able to liaise effectively with outside agencies and local authorities
Be confident to create and review IEPs and preparation for Annual Reviews
Have the ability to support and inspire colleagues
Be an outstanding leader
Have prior experience and expertise in the teaching of special educational needs in the Early Years
Be sensitive to the needs of caring parents
