Tes is currently supporting a friendly and supportive primary academy, based in Bradford. The school is looking to add an EYFS Senior Practitioner to its progressive and supportive primary team ideally starting in September 2021 or ASAP.

The role will include supporting and innovating alongside a growing team of Early Years practitioners ensuring the Academy is at the forefront of innovation in the Early Years education space. You will know the EYFS curriculum and framework requirements and will work with the team to ensure provision fulfills expectations and supports learners to achieve to the top of their potential.

“An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly effective, dedicated early year's senior practitioner to join our growing early years team. You will need to know the Early Years curriculum and provision in detail, including the Early Years Statutory framework requirements. You will consistently demonstrate excellent practice and will make a notable contribution to improving the quality of education in the early years. You will be skilled in building firm relationships with children and parents/carers.

You’ll do all this whilst capturing the spirit of our vision and values and role-modeling exceptional professional behaviours. How and why you do things matters greatly to us, as does your ability to use your initiative, work independently and demonstrate ambition and integrity.  The academy is a school which is at the heart of the community and our significant improvements have made us Bradford School of The Year 2021.”

The school expects:

• Maths and English GCSE Grade 'C' or above 

• Ideally a level 6 Early Years Educator qualification

• experience support a multi-disciplined EYFS team

• experience innovating and delivering EYFS curriculum and knowledge f EYFS frameworks

• and ideally a love and passion for education.
