PLEASE READ THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW.

• Must have teaching experience as a lead teacher in the early years foundational class - preferably with the British curriculum.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Education from a reputable institution or any related discipline with a teaching certificate; if educational background is not in the field of education.

M Sc/MBA or professional certificates in education or any related discipline would be an added advantage.

• Must have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience - International experience would be an added advantage.

• Must be highly articulate in the use of the English Language in writing & speaking fluently.

• Must have a positive attitude to uphold the values of a good personality & team spirit.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

* Developing and implementing lessons and work schemes, using the Early Years Foundation Stage as a framework.

* Identify clear learning objectives and specify how they will be taught and assessed.

* Motivate and stimulate a child’s learning abilities, often encouraging learning through experience.

* Assist with the development of a child’s personal, social, language and physical coordination abilities.

* Provide pastoral care and support to children within a secure learning environment.

* Develop and produce visual aids and teaching resources.

* Ensure children are settled in well when they first join the school/class.

* Be accountable for the attainment, progress, and outcome of pupils you teach and monitor every child’s progress against the Early Learning goals, whilst following the EYFS curriculum.
