Early Years Teacher

All Stars School is seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Teacher for our recently established school south of Prague.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• has an experience in education or early childhood studies if possible experience of working with the EYFS or the IEYC
• is flexible and excited about working in a new international environment
• has excellent interpersonal skills with pupils’ learning and outcomes at the heart of all decisions

Main duties:

• Put child safeguarding as your first priority in all you do.
• Create and develop a safe, secure and stimulating learning environment.
• Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.
• Effectively deliver the curriculum in conjunction with your Bilingual teaching partner - ensuring that you meet the individual needs and interests of children in the setting
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships and communication with parents/carers to facilitate day-to-day caring and early learning needs.
• Keep records of your class and share with parents, carers and other key adults in the child’s life and advise Head Teacher of any concerns,
• Be involved in events to enhance learning and market the school - parental consultations, school trips, open days etc
• Have a flexible approach and attitude knowing that sometimes you will be asked to take on responsibilities beyond teaching and learning - preparing the environment, preparation/serving of snacks, cleansing of equipment, etc.
• Communicate effectively with other key staff in the setting (cleaning staff, health professionals etc).
