Job overview
Regent British School West started accepting students from PreK to Year 7 in September 2023, with 168 pupils. We are planning to open Year 8 in 2024. RBS West is the second branch of Regent British School in Egypt and the third one in the region.
After a highly productive first year, we are expanding our Early Years department. We are seeking passionate FS1 and FS2 teachers.
Our Curriculum
At RBS, we integrate the finest elements of British Education with the Cambridge Curriculum to create a customized educational program that caters to our students' unique requirements. Our primary goal is to instil a love for learning that lasts a lifetime while fostering skills and capabilities in high demand by universities and employers worldwide.

- Ensuring excellent pastoral care for the students.
- Contributing enthusiastically and committedly to the co-curricular programme and whole-school activities.
- Working cooperatively and supportively with all members of staff.
- Possessing a growth mindset, a positive and flexible attitude, and preparedness to go the extra mile.
- While experience in teaching EAL students is desirable, it is not essential.
Qualifications:
The following qualifications are necessary:
- A PGCE, PGCi or an equivalent Early Years qualification, e.g. EYITT

About Regent British School West
Regent British School West, located in 6th October City, currently has more than 165 students as it enters its second year of operation. This school is the second branch of RBS in Egypt to open up after the successful opening of RBS New Mansoura in 2020, and it is the third RBS school in the family.
Our Community
On the outskirts of Cairo, 6th October is a rapidly expanding area with new housing developments, malls, and infrastructure. RBS West is located in a development called Cosmic Village.
Our school caters to students from PreK to Year 7, and in 2024, we will introduce Year 8. Most of our students have a firm grasp of the English language when they start attending our school, and they are fluent in both English and Arabic as they speak both languages at home.
Our staff team comes from various parts of the world, with most of our staff hailing from the UK and Egypt.
