Edith Stein Kindergarten Early Years Teacher for Trilingual Kindergarten

We are searching for 2 Early Years Specialist teacher as soon as possible to join our vibrant Kindergarten team in two of our ‘Early Birds’ groups.

We are a Trilingual Kindergarten, who focuses in the first 2 years on the English and German languages, and in the last preschool year introducing Mandarin too.
The advertised position is to work for 39 hours a week alongside a German Erzieherin (Early Years Practitioner) with a group of 4-5 year olds, with up to 25 children.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or an Early Years specific degree. The advertised position is to begin on the 1st of August. We offer a competitive salary, and will provide support in searching for accommodation in the area and also in learning the German language.

The Edith Stein Catholic Kindergarten is located in the city of Wolfsburg, Niedersachsen in Germany. The Kindergarten consists of 3 German Krippe groups, containing 1 to 3 year old children, and 6 Kindergarten groups with children aged from 3 to 6 years old. We also have two integration groups, one in the Krippe and one in the Kindergarten that are mixed groups, integrating children with special educational needs. We have 5 native English speakers implementing the British Early Years Foundation Stage working within the Kindergarten groups alongside the German Erzieherin.
