De Lucy is a “Good” school.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic class teacher to join our Foundation Stage team as we continue on our journey towards outstanding. We are a popular and successful school based in Abbey Wood, South East London in the transition from two form entry to three form entry (currently up to Year 5).
Our last Ofsted report (February 2016) confirmed that calm, warm and respectful relationships are central to the school’s culture and that leadership is positive and ambitious.

About De Lucy Primary School
De Lucy Primary School is a community school in the London Borough of Greenwich catering for children from 3 – 11 years of age.
It was opened in 1959 as separate junior and infant and nursery schools. In 1983 the two schools amalgamated under the Head teacher from the junior school. In the last few years the school has undergone considerable refurbishment.
Our mission statement is "High Achievement in a Caring Community" and this reflects what our school aims to achieve.
