ICS Milan is a highly successful international school in Milan for children from 1.5-18 (currently 1.5-15) and part of the Globeducate school group 

We are looking for energetic, knowledgable and innovative  Early Years educators who can are team players  and thrive on collaborating with colleagues to inspire our young learners. You will be part of a growing team in Early Years at ICS Milan. Our Early Years provision is present across all 4 of our school sites in Milan and the  role presents an ideal opportunity for those looking to further their experience and grow their career.

At ICS Milan we adopt a STEAM approach to learning, using Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics as access points for building student enquiry, critical thinking and exploring a child’s creative mind. It gives exposure to project-based learning, hand on experience to learn various fundamental motor skills and help children develop analytical skills required for problem solving.

We offer a stimulating learning journey which is defined by a rich and well-structured curriculum. In Early Years we follow The British Early Years Foundation Stage. In Primary, we follow The Primary School follows the Cambridge Primary Programme, covering English and maths, and The IPC -International Primary Curriculum, covering the topic-based subjects (science, social studies, geography, history, art and international mindedness). We are currently exploring the PYP to complement our IB MYP programme in Years 7-11 and the IB Diploma in Years 12 and 13 ( starting September 2023)

As a Paritaria school, we incorporate National recommendations for the curriculum as established by the Italian Ministry of Education for the Italian language and culture programme. All children in the Primary school learn Italian, either as a first or second language and integrating Italian education and culture is a key strength of the school.
