Smart Teachers is currently recruiting for a part time Early Years Teacher / Reception Teacher to join a beautiful independent preschool in Tooting, South West London (SW17). Starting from half term June 2016, this is a maternity contract.

  • Part-time role; working a mixture of full and half days

  • Competitive salary up to £150 per day (dependent upon experience)

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor of Education / PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree
  • Have proven Early years teaching experience in a UK-based classroom
  • Be confident in planning engaging lessons and recording progress
  • NQT and Overseas trained teachers are welcome to apply
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
  • Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
