We are looking for an outstanding teacher to join our Early Years team for the Autumn Term 2024.

We would welcome applicants who are team focused and enthusiastic and who will contribute to the caring, supportive, purposeful and stimulating environment in our Early Years section. A creative and innovative approach to enthusing pupils, a passion for life and learning and a belief in the power of teacher efficacy is essential. 

Applications are invited from teachers who are able to demonstrate the following:    

  • QTS qualification (PGCE desirable)    
  • Full and relevant training and/or experience in the EYFS   
  • An excellent understanding of the developmental needs of children in EYFS    
  • Willingness to become fully involved in the life of the School

This long-established and well-known preparatory school educates boys aged 3 to 13 (girls 3 to 4), preparing them for entrance and scholarship examinations to independent London day schools and boarding schools across the country. Re-branded in 2011, the school aims to challenge boys in their pursuit of excellence and to inspire each pupil to realise his full potential. Sport, Music and Art are encouraged to a high standard. There are many out-of-school activities, including a wide variety of holiday trips.

The main ages for entry are at three, four and seven years, with smaller entries at five and eight. There are occasional vacancies at other ages.
