Early Years Team Leader

Eastwood Nursery School is looking to recruit an Early Years Team Leader. The Early Years Team Leader is to be responsible to the Day Nursery Manager in supporting a whole Centre approach to development and learning for all children with a particular focus on specific needs of children aged 8 weeks to 5 years.

The applicant will need to develop the personal and professional role of the Early Years’ Practitioner within the Day Nursery. 

In addition you will have:

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare 
• Sound experience and knowledge of the content and principles underpinning the EYFS and how to put it in to practice 
• Ability to demonstrate effective leadership and motivation of a staff team 
• Experience of working in a multi-agency environment

Shifts are between 7.45am and 6.15pm Monday - Friday, all year round
