Early Years Wrap Around Care

The New Wave Federation consists of 4 high performing and innovative primary schools in Hackney, London. In all our schools we have a passion for high standards and want all our children to achieve their potential and be inspired to go beyond that. We aim to provide the best possible primary education in a stimulating and creative environment. We are looking to appoint a Wraparound Play Leader to lead the Wrap Around Care Facility at Grazebrook Primary School. You will be responsible for setting up and leading the Wrap Around Care facility.

We are looking for someone dynamic to lead who: ❖ will be a strong leader with experience of managing a team ❖ has experience of working in a childcare/play setting ❖ holds or is working towards an NVQ Level 3 in Early Childhood Studies or equivalent ❖ has the ability to plan, organise and deliver a high quality, safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for children ❖ is confident with excellent communication skills and able to build positive and supportive relationships with children, parents and staff ❖ holds a Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification ❖ has experience in health and safety ❖ holds or is working towards a Paediatric First Aid Certificate
