The Extra-curricular activities Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Admissions. The Extra-curricular activities Coordinator will oversee and administer the day-to-day running of the Extra-curricular activities, including but not limited to preparation of contracts, timesheets, registration and booking systems and collection of fees and payments. The roles and responsibilities are focused on Sales, Programme Development and Quality Assurance. The Extra-curricular activities Coordinator will be focused on increasing sales in Extra-curricular activities, curating innovative and quality programmes in Extra-curricular activities to help in increasing sales and ensuring that the delivery of the programmes are to the highest standards. The Extra-curricular activities Coordinator will serve as the primary point of administrative contract and liaison with other offices, individuals, and institutions on operational and programmatic matters concerning the Extra-curricular activities.
