Since then the school has continued to be innovative and focused on getting the best outcomes for all. The school is oversubscribed. Results for GCSE and A Levels were contrary to national expectations - we were delighted for our students.

What we are looking for:
- an imaginative and enthusiastic professional to work alongside a team determined to create an excellent learning experience for all of our students.
- a strong commitment to support young people to be ambitious and proud, no matter their background
- a resilient individual - teaching is hugely rewarding but demands emotional and physical stamina
- Integrity and a sense of humour
What we offer you:
- your own coach
- excellent track record in teacher training
- a fully planned sequenced and resourced knowledge rich curriculum
- more PPA time
- supportive leaders
- a sensible marking policy
- excellent student behaviour with centralised detention system
- two week October half term holiday
- amazing, supporting and welcoming staff, students and parents
We know that outstanding teachers have transferable skills and are confident and effective in all aspects of their role but we also recognise that you will need support and challenge yourself so that you can grow to be the best you can be – we will make this happen - we take pride in our teacher training provision
Our website is the best placed to give you a flavour of who we are and what we do.

About Chiswick School
Chiswick School is a mixed 11-18 school that is truly comprehensive in its nature.
Our vision is that we do whatever it takes to ensure every student achieves their full potential. Over the last year we have made rapid progress in our classrooms and we are delighted that Ofsted has recognised how far we have come. Over the next four years we are aiming to become one of the finest schools in London providing students with exceptional opportunities in and out of the classroom.
Chiswick School is full of adults who care deeply about children and we pride ourselves on the positive relationships we build with students. We are a family which includes parents and carers, teachers, other school staff and the community; with the child placed firmly at the centre of all that we do and the decisions that we take.
Our teaching and support colleagues are our most valuable resource and we work hard to provide a balanced and enjoyable working environment. A new Wellbeing Strategy is being implemented to enhance what we are already doing to support our staff.
"Staff praise leaders for the improvements that have been made. They said that leaders take their workload and well-being seriously. Staff morale is high. They are committed to playing their part in the continued improvement of the school." - Ofsted, January 2020
