The Southwark Diocesan Board of Education Multi-Academy Trust (SDBE MAT), based near London Bridge, is starting to build its own, first class, dynamic and forward-thinking team to support a growing number of schools with their varying needs. To deliver our service, we are seeking to recruit a Education Partner who can provide high quality advice, guidance, support and challenge to raise school improvement.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in working in an advisory/consultancy capacity in primary/secondary schools eg. School Improvement Partner, SIAMS Inspector, Consultant Leader, NLE, LLE, Executive Headship, National Strategy Consultant, OFSTED Inspector.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is committed to excellence and the distinctiveness of Church schools
- Has proven experience of school leadership and/or LA/National Strategy work/Academy work
- Is a committed Christian
- Will add to the dynamics of our superb team
The role will involve:
Working face to face with our schools
Supporting senior leadership appointments
Liaising with local authorities
Brokering support across our schools
Developing School Chaplains
