Elfrida Rathbone Camden has been working at the heart of the community for over 30 years, supporting children, young people and families to reach their potential and achieve their aspirations.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Education Project Co-ordinator to join our Leighton Education Project, a further education project for young people aged 16 - 25 with mild to moderate learning difficulties and autism.

The Leighton Education Project offers two Ascentis accredited full time courses in Personal Development and Skills for Employment, supporting young people to develop their skills for work and independent living. Working with up to 20 young people each year, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of the project, providing leadership and management to the education team.

We are looking for someone who has substantial experience of working with young people with SEN and is flexible, responsive and person-centred in their approach. If you would like to make an impact and are highly motivated to achieve excellent standards in education for young people with SEN, then we look forward to hearing from you.

Salary NJC scale points 32-34 £31,329 - £32,963, inc. inner London weighting, pro rata 35 hours per week, term-time only (39 weeks - working hours: 9am – 5pm) Elfrida Rathbone Camden is committed to the Safeguarding of children and young people and vulnerable adults.
