Education Recruitment Consultant 

(part-time)

Your Task

• Direct approach of suitable candidates in Germany and abroad (direct sourcing)
• Network building within the state seminars for teacher training and teacher training institutes, pedagogical universities, and other relevant institutions
• Representation of the Josef-Schwarz-Schools and Phorms daycare centres as an employer in social media channels and groups as well as at local events and functions
• Conception and implementation of personnel marketing and recruiting measures in Germany and abroad in coordination with our central personnel marketing department in Berlin
• Co-design, coordination and approval of job advertisements
• Screening, pre-selection, initial interviews and forwarding of suitable candidates to the respective managers in coordination with our central HR department in Berlin
• Establishment and development of a candidate pool

Your Profil

• You have a communicative personality, you can inspire other people and you enjoy networking
• You are interested in the German school system and you are interested in getting acquainted with the educational system or you have already gained experience in it
• You are college educated in the fields of education, communication, public relations, business, sales or the like. 
• You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, or are willing to acquire further qualifications 
• You are proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications
