James Brindley School would like to recruit a compassionate, highly professional and proactive Education Support Coordinator. This role is designed to provide tailored educational support to young people with medical needs up to the age of 24, ensuring they can access, continue, and thrive in their education or employment journey. This may include signposting, advocacy and practical assistance, to help overcome barriers caused by illness and medical treatment.

Location: Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham Children's Hospital & Corporate Services (with hybrid working options).

Hours of work: Full-time; 8.30 – 17.00 Monday to Friday (with some flexibility), 36.5 hours plus banked hours (including a maximum of 5 days working throughout the summer holidays).

Salary: Grade 4 | £34,434 - £41,771 per annum, dependent upon experience.
