Above all, you will be part of the team that shares in success and recognises the impact of individual contributions.

The overall purpose of the Education Welfare Officer is to lead the academy attendance team in providing operational and administrative support to promote whole school attendance strategies. Furthermore, you must be proactive, enthusiastic and have great interpersonal skills, in order to support parents/carers to improve their children’s attendance.
