SCC Group has an exciting opportunity for an Educational Careers Adviser. The successful candidate will deliver impartial careers information, advice and guidance to ensure that all students have access to appropriate support. The successful candidate will recognise and value the importance of the development of the whole person and demonstrate a commitment to supporting a college framework that provides students with the skills, knowledge, experience and motivation that they will need to be successful in their next steps. 

Candidates must be innovative, enthusiastic and meet the appropriate person specification. Essential to the job role, is the ability to relate to and communicate with all our learners effectively, liaise with external and internal partners and departments, and to be autonomous and self-motivated, taking on responsibility for planning their own work.
