Location: The Henry Box School (Will be required to work or travel to any of the MILL Academy Schools)

Pay Scale: £42,811 - £52,440 pa (Soulbury Scale A points 3 to 8) Pro-Rata for term time weeks

Working Pattern: Working hours: Full time 37 hours per week, term time.  

Required: ASAP

Our core purpose is to advance education for public benefit and, in doing so, we are committed to securing equity.  We are looking to expand our team by appointing a suitably qualified and motivated Psychologist to work closely with the Trust's School Leaders for Inclusion (SENDCOs) to ensure students receive the therapeutic support they require. 

This is an exciting opportunity for you to bring your knowledge, skills and experience of educational psychology and apply them to a school setting. You will have the opportunity to assess and support students on their journey through our schools and witness their growth and development first-hand. You will develop and apply effective interventions to promote psychological wellbeing, social, emotional and behavioural development, and to ensure the best possible outcomes.
