We seek a warm, vibrant and creative Educational Teaching Assistant to join our Additionally Resourced Provision team. Together we will deliver excellent teaching and learning within the provision for students with complex needs. Working in partnership with colleagues across the school to ensure continuous improvement and inspiration for the students. This is a great opportunity to work within ARP, where you can support students in their learning journeys.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Love encouraging, motivating and inspiring children through the support they give in order to encourage their learning;
  • Be committed to our ethos that all pupils can achieve their personal best at Royds Hall Academy;
  • Have great references demonstrating they are a suitable candidate, safe to work with children.
