Working Pattern:  37.5 hours per week, Term Time only

We are a special school in Surrey and provide education for pupils and students aged 7-19, typically with a primary diagnosis of Autism or social communication difficulties. Our school is located in the beautiful village of Hambledon, close to Witley, Milford, Guildford and Godalming. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our experienced team and be responsible for supporting the Educational Visits Coordinator (EVC) and coordinating off site educational visits and activities, ensuring that all required checks, risk assessments and other paperwork are in place and procedures followed to ensure compliance with policy.

In addition, you will be responsible, working with OHCAT’s Head of Academies & Corporate Communication, for administration of the school’s media, including the weekly newsletter to families, updating of school’s website, collating articles to celebrate the school’s achievements and promoting the school within the local community.
