Your tasks

• Organization of the child-oriented daily routine, which is based on the Klax pedagogical principles
• Taking responsibility your own group
• Independently conduct the morning circle and the closing circle in your group
• Planning, development and implementation of open and closed activities and projects
• Assisting and supporting our children at mealtimes (breakfast, lunch and snack)
• Documentation of the children's individual learning development (portfolio work)

What you bring with you

• State recognized educator training
• Experience in early years learning and teaching
• Identification with the principles of a pedagogy that focuses on the individual development of the child
• Caring and warm way of working with the children
• Ability to work in a team, empathy, initiative and commitment
• Some basic German is required (B2 level)
