We are currently seeking an Elementary Counselor to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting the social and emotional development of our elementary/primary school students by providing counseling services, guidance, and support tailored to their needs.

Position: Elementary Counselor
Curriculum: Common Core
Education Stage: Elementary/Primary School

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education or related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 2 years of experience working as a school counselor or in a similar role with elementary-aged children
- Strong understanding of child development and social-emotional learning principles within an elementary school setting
- Ability to provide individual and group counseling sessions effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, teachers, and staff
- Knowledge of Common Core curriculum framework is preferred
- Skilled at conflict resolution, crisis intervention, and behavior management strategies
