Job Description:
The Elementary School Interventionist will work closely with classroom teachers and support staff to identify and assist students who require additional academic support. This role involves designing and implementing targeted intervention strategies to help students overcome learning challenges, improve their skills, and achieve success in the elementary curriculum.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (required)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an interventionist or in a similar learning support role within an elementary school setting
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based intervention strategies for literacy, numeracy, and other core subjects
- Ability to assess student needs through formal and informal assessments
- Experience collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists to develop individualized learning plans
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in using educational technology tools for assessment and instruction
