Hours/Weeks: 25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year 

Woodfield Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and dedicated practitioner, to join our outstanding team and make a difference in children’s lives. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, a good team player and committed to supporting the learning and development of pupils. 

We are looking for candidates who: 

  • Has experience supporting children with Emotional, Social and Mental Health difficulties.  
  • Can create learning environments that enable the development of children’s emotional literacy skills on a small group and 1:1 basis. 
  • Can be an Emotionally Available Adult to all pupils 
  • Has excellent relationship building and communication skills 
  • Can support children to make progress in learning through specific interventions
