Full time, term time only, 1 year fixed term contract 

Salary:  £25,638, per annum, pro-rata

(Actual salary approximately £22,300 per annum)

This fixed term project deploying social, emotional, mental health support into Post 16 provisions across the City of Stoke on Trent.  This will be across the two main providers within the city: Stoke on Trent Sixth Form College and Stoke on Trent College, with the third role providing outreach support to other post 16 providers.  

The post holder will focus on providing low level and preventative mental health and wellbeing support to students between 16-19.  To include additional support surrounding the mental health of parents and carers and the impact that this may have on student’s emotional health, wellbeing and inclusion and progression within college life.  The post holder will respond in a proactive way to the emotional wellbeing needs of students, before requiring higher tier interventions.
