An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and self-motivated Caseworker to join the Traineeships team within our Lifestyle and Works department. This is a part time role working 22.5 hours each week, working Monday - Wednesday. You will be based at our main London office with some travel required to other sites when required.
The Caseworker role is central to the delivery of the programme; supporting a caseload of learners and giving end to end individualised support. Are you able to work as part of a team to support individuals to achieve their goals? Would you be able to deliver coaching in various ways for our learners? Key skills and requirements (essential):
- Experience of supporting people with additional needs
- Experience of delivering against targets
- Knowledge of safe working practices
- Knowledge of educational programmes
- A-C/9-4 English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
- Good ICT skills
- Effective Communicator
- Effective record keeping and reporting
