Employment Programme Coordinator


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and self-motivated Programme Coordinator to join our Apprenticeships and Traineeships programme within our Lifestyle and Works team.

The successful candidate will lead and manage Tutors and Caseworkers for Apprenticeships Programmes in the Warwickshire area using Traineeship programme as Pre-Apprenticeship, to support delivery of the programmes.

They will ensure that all the programmes within their portfolio are delivered to the agreed curriculum, frameworks and methodology and ensure they meet internal and external standards for quality and impact. This includes Ofsted and ESFA criteria and a strong understanding of Apprenticeship levy.

This position is full time permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. This role is a homebased position with travel in and around Warwickshire.

All candidates offered an interview for this role will need to provide evidence of their GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at interview stage.
