Employment Support Officer (GORSE SCITT) (part time) 

Salary Range:  Grade C1. £21,589 - £23,836 per annum (pro rata) 

Actual starting salary: £11,446 

Hours: 22.5 hours per week over 3 days - term time only+ 10 additional days annually. 

(subject to a 6- month probationary period)

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to work alongside the Principal and the Directors of the GORSE School Centred Initial Teacher Training programme (GORSE SCITT), in this important and stimulating role as GORSE SCITT further develops its outstanding provision.

The intention of this role is to ensure all SCITT graduates are supported into employment and in their early career. 

You should be incredibly organised, efficient, personable and committed. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to make a difference in children’s lives by supporting the early careers of new teachers. 

Previous experience in school environments is of advantage, but more so the desire to develop this.
