Salary: £21,393 – £23,367 per annum

37 hours per week/52 weeks per year

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated team member to join our busy Engagement team. You will have an enthusiastic demeanor and an ability to work with all members of College staff. This role will require you to develop and nurture positive professional relationships with schools, parents, communities, local authorities and other stakeholders. 

You should have the ability to inspire and engage young people and adults in order to advise them regarding further education opportunities and choices as well as delivering personal, social, health and economic education. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting a broad range of internal and external activities and services to promote the work of the Chesterfield College group including taster sessions, career events, parent’s evenings and community events.

You must be willing to undertake substantial travel and be highly flexible as this role often requires you to work out of normal office hours. 

Previous experience of working in a guidance or teaching environment is desirable. A range of training will be provided for the successful candidate.
