Part time, term time plus 40 weeks per year

13 hours per week working 34 weeks during term time, including occasional Saturdays plus six weeks during the school holidays

For the first 12 months, the hours of work will be 21 per week to include 8 hours on a Thursday supporting the Art department. After the first 12 months the hours of work will revert to 13 hours per week.

A well-qualified, enthusiastic and proactive Technician is required within our EET and Art Departments to provide support for all aspects of the practical work associated throughout the 11 to 18 age range, including GCSE, A Level and IB.

Under the direction of the Head of EET and the Head of Art, the EET and Art Technician will support the smooth, safe and efficient running of the EET and Art Departments and the exhibition of work at College.

The EET and Art Technician has an essential role to play in current and future EET and Art education at College.
