We are seeking to appoint a creative and aspirational teacher to our staff team who can help us further the excellent standard of education for our tremendous students.

The position is for an exceptional individual with the capacity to make English & Drama both interesting and exciting so as to further the amazing outcomes already achieved by the other quality teachers in our English & Drama Department Team. English & Drama is a popular and successful subject with students achieving up to and including Entry Level 3.

The person appointed should have the ability to assist in inspiring and supporting an excellent team of teachers and teaching assistants in further developing effective classroom practice. It is clear that the successful candidate will have to be a good to outstanding classroom practitioner with specialism in English. The vacancy arises due to the retirement of the current post holder.

The successful candidate should have a clear understanding about effective teaching, raising and sustaining achievement, special educational needs provision and secondary exam courses. They should be a good communicator and should be able to engage effectively with children and young adults on a daily basis.

We are looking for a quality individual willing to work hard in our happy team of staff to further develop Bradfields as a well known and respected Special Academy.

Exam Results
